We do our best to ship the packages as fast as possible. Most ready stock products (without any custom request) will be shipped out in 2-3 business days to get into last quality check, after payment has been confirmed. While make to order straps and custom orders will be shipped out on the day when your products has been finished.
*Please Note: We only ship to Residential and Business addresses. We are Unable to ship to PO Box addresses, as well as APO and FPO addresses.

How to use Free Shipping Promotion?
If total amount of your shopping cart hit $250 or more, we will automatically shipping for free into DHL/FedEx/EMS based on the country you located. However, Shopping Cart below $250 USD will be shipped based on the method you choose.
Return and Cancellation
The making of your strap is a very detailed process as there are dozens of steps and many hours of manual craftmanship involved.
When placing your order for one, please make sure you ask us questions if you are unsure about your size. Choosing your correct size is a breeze and we have happily provided lots of information about this throughout our website for your convenience.
We always put your satisfaction as our first priority. All Gunny-Store products are inspected for quality assurance before they are shipped.
We’ll never send you anything less than perfect, as we take pride in our work and have a reputation for creating exceptional leather goods. Rest assured, if for some reason your item arrives damaged caused by defect in workmanship or mistakenly shipped, we will replace them free of charge. Please be noted that any straps that has been worn, tried on, or misused will not be accepted and will be returned to the customers.
Please contact us in advance within 3 days you receive the packages, and we will help you with a replacement. We guarantee it.
